LIFETIME APPOINTMENT

The employment relationship terminates by:

» Unsuccessful attendance of the experimental period

» Resignation at the request of the worker

» Mutual agreement between the worker and the public employer entity, by way of a fair compensation:

- To be regulated in an Order with the parameters defined in no.3 of article 32 of the LVCR

» Application of a disciplinary penalty of dismissal:
