Termination of the contract irrespective of the existence of fair consideration

» Procedure

» If the contract is for an indefinite period of time, a communication shall be made in writing to the employer entity with a minimum antecedence of 30 or 60 days, according to the contract it shall have a duration less or more than 2 years, respectively

» If the contract is a fixed term contract, the time limit of prior notice is of 15 or 30 days, according to the contract have a duration lower or higher than 6 months, respectively

The inobservance of the time limit of the prior notice confers the right to the employer entity of being compensated by the worker to an amount corresponding to the basic remuneration of the period of the missing period of prior notice
