Face to face training

Training carried out by way of the direct contact between the trainer and the trainee

 

E-learning

Training that enables the self-training with the mediation of didactic/educational resources submitted in different technological supports of information, used isolated or combined and conveyed through Internet, with a view to acquiring not only knowledge, but also assessing the trainee

 

Blended-learning

Training that integrates different Technologies and methodologies of learning, associating online and face to face training

 

In the work position

Training developed in the work position, in which the learning is processed by means of performance of tasks inherent in a determined function

 

Self-training

The access to self-training is made on individual�s initiative, financed by the worker himself/herself and corresponds direct or indirectly to functional areas in which the worker is found or that contribute to improving the respective qualification

Credit

� Staff of technician and senior technician careers are entitled, within the laboral period, to 100 hours for self-training

� Staff of other careers are entitled, within the laboral period, to 70 hours for self-training
