» Procedure Declaration in writing setting out the facts justifying the cancellation, within the time limit of 30 days calculated as from the date of being aware of it » Compensation The worker is entitled to a compensation for property and non-property damages, fixed between 15 and 45 days of basic remuneration for each full year of seniority or fraction, in the fulfilment of public functions, never lower than 3 months of basic remuneration
