» Concept

» Termination of the contract that involves, within a period of 3 months, at least 5 workers with justification on market, structural or technological grounds:

» With justification in the partial termination of the activity of the public legal entity

» With justification in the extinction, merger or restructuring of the service that brings about staff reduction

» Procedure

» The identification of workers whose contracts shall end is made under the terms provided for:

» extinction of the service in the article 12 of the Law Lei n.º 53/2006, of 7th December

» merger of services in the article 13of the Law Lei n.º 53/2006

» restructuring of services, in the article 14 of the Law Lei n.º 53/2006

» staff rationalisation in the article 15 of the Law Lei n.º 53/2006
