Absence of the public employee in compliance with determination issued by competent health authority

� Formalities

� When predictable are compulsorily communicated to the public employer within a minimum 5 days in advance

� When unpredictable are compulsorily communicated as soon as possible

� The public employer may within 15 days of communication request document proving the facts invoked for the justification
